High Elevation Decks
The elevated deck on the picture was designed in summer 2018 and plans were approved by the city within 10 business days. Deck construction started the day the building permit was issued. It took almost 2 weeks to comlete this decking structure including the days spent on the city inspections. For additional structural support the client asked to double the amount of posts bearing the framing structure. The building code regulates the amount and type of lumber to be used for deck buildings but we can always design it he way our clients like if doe not contradict the existing building legislature. At Fedeck.com our deck builders can design and build high elevation decks of any complexity. Call us to find out stunning deck dsigns, ideas and pictures.
